Estimating Services
At Ebeno Studios, our goal is to provide our clients with high-quality restoration estimates that help ensure a successful restoration process and a smooth settlement with insurance companies. By using Xactimate®, we can help achieve this goal and provide our clients with the peace of mind they need during a stressful and challenging time.
— Initial inspection: Our team of experienced restoration professionals will visit the property to assess the damage and identify any safety hazards or concerns. During this inspection, we take photos and measurements to help with the estimate.
— Scope of work: Based on the initial inspection, we develop a detailed scope of work that outlines the specific repairs needed to restore the property. This scope of work is used to develop the estimate.
— Estimate preparation: Our team of estimators uses the scope of work to prepare a detailed estimate that includes a breakdown of the labor and materials costs associated with each repair, as well as any other costs or fees that may be involved.
— Estimate review: We review the estimate with the property owner, insurance adjuster, public adjusters, restoration companies or contractors to ensure that all repairs are included and that the estimate accurately reflects the work that needs to be done.
We have experience preparing estimates based on floor plans for restoration and construction work.
